Terms and Conditions

All rates are exclusive of 16% VAT. Payment is required before the first airing unless prior credit arrangements exist. Cancellations should be made at least 48 hours in advance. Advertising materials must be submitted 24 hours before broadcast, and the station reserves the right to reject any content that is offensive, misleading, or non-compliant with broadcasting standards. While every effort is made to air adverts as scheduled, the station may reschedule due to technical or programming reasons and will offer an equivalent slot where necessary. The station's liability is limited to rescheduling or refunding the affected airtime. All content must comply with CAK and ASBK guidelines. Production costs, if any, must be settled before airing, and the final produced material remains the property of the station unless agreed otherwise. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
